The 2015 UFBA Conference will be held in Wellington from 13-15 November 2015.
With key note speakers, workshops, an exhibition and social functions, this is a fantastic event not to be missed!
Registration information and nomination forms are available for you to download below. Online registration opens on Monday 10 August. Please ensure you read the registration booklet below before you register.
Registration is a two-part process. Before you go online to register, you must ensure that you have sent through your brigade's notification of delegate form to the UFBA Office, then you will be able to register your attendance online. Online registration will be open from August 10.
It is important to ensure you are registered online so that we can make the necessary accommodation and meal arrangements for you.
Notice of Meeting (Rule 17)
The 2015 Annual Conference and Annual General Meeting (Rule 17) will be held at the TSB Bank Arena, Wellington commencing on Friday 13 November at 1pm and ending on Sunday 15 November at around midday.
Elections and Nomination Process (Rule 13)
There will be vacancies for the following positions:
- One Director to join the Board
- One Vice President
- One Technical Panel member

Remits (Rule 17.5)
In accordance with Rule 17.5, remits may be brought before the Annual Conference.
Download a Remit Template form below. Conditions governing the submission of remits are set out in Rule 17.5. In particular, note that each remit submitted needs to be formally confirmed by a majority decision at a brigade meeting and must be seconded by another fire brigade member.
Nominations and remits must be received by the UFBA Office no later than midday on Thursday 13 August 2015 (no exceptions).
