The Canterbury Provincial Fire Brigades' Association was formed in 1915 and in its long history has, and continues to promote, unity and strength among the fire brigades of Canterbury. Canterbury Provincial continues to work closely with, and receive much support from, North Canterbury Sub Association and Mid Canterbury Sub Association.
