NZFS Support Personnel Policy
8th July 2010For some time we have been in discussions with NZFS concerning the introduction of the above policy. Recently UFBA completed a paper for consideration by NZFS which it expects to lodge shortly. The purpose of this is to set up a framework designed to encourage and manage the involvement of support people in member brigade work. It also deals with the changes that have occurred in relation to the Fire Police name.
The consultation process has involved a group of interested brigade personnel who expressed interest in this area at the March Annual conference.
