The Fire Service has purchased a one-off prototype. It is a fully built-up appliance from Europe - Magirus HLF 10 - built on an Iveco cab chassis.

Two new Fire Fighters graduate for Matata

A big congratulations to our two newly graduated Matata Volunteer Firefighters Lily Hofert and Luke Blom. They just completed the gruelling, week long recruit training course at the NZFS National Training Centre in Rotorua. Luke is standing and Lily crouched both dead centre of the photograph. Well done guys and welcome to the Fire Service family.
