Rolleston the New National Road Crash Rescue Champion
20th February 2012Rolleston - the team that first competed in the Road Crash Rescue Challenge in 2009 - has quickly risen to the top to become the National Champion. The UFBA National Road Crash Rescue Challenge was held over the weekend, and 17 volunteer brigades entered teams.
Winners in each of the Challenge categories are as follows:
- Overall Winner: Rolleston
- Immediate Event: Rolleston
- Controlled Event: Whitianga
- Entrapped Event: Morrinsville
- Trauma Challenge: Rolleston
- Best Technical Team: Rolleston
- Best Team Leader: Whitianga
- Best Medical Team: Morrinsville
