Application Forms
The NZFBI has compiled the following resources to assist candidates in their preparation to sit exams. Candidates wishing to take part in this year's exam on the first weekend of September should complete the application form and return it to the UFBA office by no later than 1 August. If you would like to pay by credit card online, click here. For all other payments, there is no need to use the online payment system.
