Progress on Review of Fire and Emergency’s Aerial Appliance Strategy submission
There was a tremendous response to our call for a group of interested members to put forward a submission on behalf of the membership to Fire and Emergency’s Aerial Appliance Strategy.
We have been able to involve all those interested and have established a writing group led by Brendon Wood, SSO Thorndon Blue Watch, to draft an initial submission and a review group to provide a sense check.
|Submission Writing Group||Submission Review Group|
|Dan Nesbit – SFF, Hastings Blue Watch||Kerry Hiku – SO, Wellington City Blue Watch|
|Paul Tilsley – Region Trainer||Shaun Crowley – SFF, Newtown Red Watch|
|Blair Harcus – SO, Dunedin City Red Watch||James Martin-Bond – SSO, Thorndon Brown Watch|
|Brendon Wood – SSO, Thorndon Blue Watch Group Lead||Fred Abbott – SFF, Te Atatu Red Watch|
The response will also be reviewed by the MAP and likely other members with expertise in this area.
If you or members of your brigade would like to contribute to the UFBA’s submission, please review the documents and send the completed response template to firstname.lastname@example.org by Monday 23 November.
