Today, FENZ started consultation on their new draft Code of Conduct – which impacts all FENZ personnel directly, as it sets out behavioural standards and is a key enabler to building a safe and inclusive environment for everyone.

The UFBA has worked with FENZ in the preliminary stages, but it is crucial that our members, all firefighters, have the opportunity to have meaningful input and co-design on this important policy

The consultation runs from 12 February to 10 March.

We encourage all our members to read the documents and send their feedback to FENZ directly.
