Law changes for incorporated societies

The Incorporated Societies Act 2022 came into effect on 6 April 2022 and draft regulations are expected to be published before the end of 2022, these will also be available for public consultation.

Brigades do not need to do anything just yet as the regulations have not been published!

The UFBA is establishing a committee to gather information to be shared with you and advise where you can find more detail for the latest updates.
