Post-AGM Update

We would like to thank you the members for your patience while we explore our options to address the AGM business matters, such as the Board nominations, in the best way that enables members to have their say.

There are provisions under Section 14 (1)(j) of the COVID-19 Response (Requirements For Entities—Modifications and Exemptions) Act 2020 which we have sought legal advice on.

Once we have this information, we will advise membership of how these matters will proceed.
