UFBA Challenge Panel Vacancies
We are pleased to advise members that there are two vacancies in the UFBA Challenge Panel for the upcoming 2024-2025 Challenge Season.
This is an exciting opportunity for any UFBA member who is passionate about and committed to our Challenge events. We are looking for two members who can support the UFBA and Challenge Panel to shape, deliver, promote, and develop our Challenges to continue being world-class events for our members. Read the Position Outline below for more information about this important role.

Appointment process and timeline 2024:
| 10 Jul | UFBA issues notification of vacancy with background materials and calls for applications from members. |
| 10-24 Jul | UFBA members with suitable skill sets submit their application forms (and supporting documents if necessary). |
| 24 Jul | Applications close |
| 25 Jul | UFBA Management shortlists applicants based on the key attributes. |
| 25 Jul | A shortlist of applicants is provided to the Membership Advisory Panel (MAP) for their consideration and comment. Further inquiry of the applicant may be required by the Challenge Panel Leader and/or Events Team Manager. |
| 30 Jul | The UFBA CEO appoints the Panel Member, on behalf of the Board. |
| 30 Jul | All unsuccessful applicants are notified |

If you are not ready for a challenge panel role, how about getting involved with the Challenges for 2024 as an Official?
You may be thinking about winding down from being a competitor and still want to contribute to the challenge and enjoy the camaraderie and atmosphere.
We couldn’t run our Challenges without the help of our Officials, and we would love to have you be part of our Officials’ team throughout the motu.
