UFBA Services Evaluation Survey
The UFBA and Fire and Emergency are currently reviewing our services to make sure that what we provide is useful and relevant to our members and delivers good value for money for Fire and Emergency’s investment.
MartinJenkins, an independent organisation, have been engaged to conduct an evaluation of our “non-core” services. These services include:
- leadership training,
- secretary and treasurer training,
- Xero subscriptions and training
- challenge events,
- and the annual conference.
Feedback from our members will be a key part of informing the report.
We encourage all our members to share their experiences with MartinJenkins through this survey https://forms.office.com/r/J9XtMD4DM5. They want to hear from you, even if you haven't used these services specifically.
MartinJenkins will also be interviewing a range of UFBA members who have participated in these services. There is also an opportunity to provide your contact information if you wish to opt-in to be interviewed.
The UFBA and Fire and Emergency are working together to ensure the evaluation process is respectful and as fulsome as possible.
If you have any questions about this process, please feel free to email connect@ufba.org.nz.
