Please note: courier companies are anticipating more delays in delivering parcels as Covid spreads around the country, so we suggest you allow plenty of time when sending in applications for service honours.
Below are the prices from 1 January 2024 - including GST, plus $9.50 freight and handling fee per order.
Find the relevant application form below, complete and send to servicehonours@ufba.org.nz. When sending multiple applications, you only need to fill in brigade details one time. If you've got any questions, email us or call 04 237 2685.
