Volunteer Engagement Model project update

In June, we released the first of our videos providing you with key updates about the Volunteer Engagement Model Project.

This video gave an overview of the project and introduction to the Seeking Your Insights phase. If you haven’t seen the first video, you can watch it here.

Throughout this phase, we received a large amount of quality feedback, which has given us clear direction about what it is that volunteers value and want to see in the future agreements.

We have summarised the feedback into six key themes which you can hear more about in the video below.

We also encourage you to read the Key Themes document in the project section of our website which provides more details about those areas that you’ve identified as being important to you.
