Challenge Panel Vacancy
We have a vacancy in the UFBA Challenge Panel for the upcoming 2024-2025 Challenge Season.
This is an exciting opportunity for any UFBA member who is passionate about and committed to our Challenge events. We are looking for someone who can support the UFBA and Challenge Panel to shape, deliver, promote, and develop our Challenges to continue being world-class events for our members.

Appointment process and timeline:

UFBA issues notification of vacancy with background materials and calls for applications from members. |

26 Sep to |
UFBA members with suitable skill sets submit their application forms (and supporting documents if necessary). |

13 Oct |
Applications close |
|
16 Oct |
UFBA Management shortlists applicants based with the key attributes. |
|
23 Oct |
A shortlist of applicants is provided to the Membership Advisory Panel (MAP) for their consideration and comment. Further inquiry of the applicant may be required by the Challenge Panel Leader and/or Events Team Manager. |

30 Oct |
The UFBA Board considers and then endorses the applications; and the UFBA CEO appoints the Panel Member. |

If you are not ready for a challenge panel role, how about getting involved with the Challenges for 2024 as an Official?
You may be thinking about winding down from being a competitor and still want to contribute to the challenge and enjoy the camaraderie and atmosphere.
We couldn’t run our Challenges without the help of our Officials, and we would love to have you be part of our Officials’ team throughout the motu.
